An inclusion is simply the item you will send in. Inclusions such as breastmilk, ashes, lock of hair, umbilical cord stump, encapsulated placenta, sand, dried flowers or fabric.
How much ashes do I need to send?
We recommend sending 1 teaspoon, but we can work with less. All unused ashes will be respectfully returned.

Our current turn around time is 4-6 week from the day I receive your inclusion/s.
Does my soap have a shelf life?
No! Because our soap is made the old fashion way, it will last a lifetime. Like with any soap, store it in a cool dry place.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You have 24 hours from purchase to change or cancel your order. After 24 hours have passed you will no longer be able to cancel or change your order.
I don't see where I can choose my inclusion, what do I do?
Add your inclusion choice in the "Add a note to your order" box when you view your cart. For example: "Drop of Love Ring- Breastmilk" or "Two stacking rings 1- Smooth band with pet fur. 2- Hammered band with pet ashes." If you forget this step, add a paper note when you send in your inclusion.
Why isn't the color of my jewelry the same as the photo on the website?
Each piece will vary in color, no matter what inclusion is used. Breastmilk jewelry can be bright white to honey yellow. This mainly depends on the fat content of your milk. Pieces with ashes are each unique in color, from cream white, to dark grey.
How do you turn milk into jewelry?
We have spent an incredible amount of time researching and developing a method that alters your milk on a molecular level. Through a unique chemical process that turns your milk from a liquid to a solid, we are able to create lasting breastmilk jewelry. After this process is complete, there is no longer any chemicals present, and that's the way we like it.
How do I clean my jewelry?
Clean with mild soap and water when needed, if you have dirt in small crevasses, very gently use a soft toothbrush. Use a silver polishing cloth to polish and shine.
Where should I store my jewelry?
We recommend our designs be stored in a jewelry box, in a cool dry place. Do not expose your jewelry to periods of high heat such as a hot car on a windowsill.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or pool?
We recommend your remove your jewelry before getting in the pool or shower/bath. We also recommend you remove rings before washing your hands.
